These sales and delivery conditions ("Terms") are accepted when you make a purchase at www.fantomeparis.com.
Orders can only be made via the Webshop, and Fantôme does not accept orders via e.g. fax, e-mail or telephone. When an order has been completed, Fantôme sends you an order confirmation, and the agreement is then final.
Fantôme has the right to refuse or correct an order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal data). When ordering, you agree to be able to receive invitations per email to review purchased items or the purchase experience.
The delivery time after receiving an order confirmation is normally 3–5 working days within Europe. In special cases, however, the delivery time may be longer. If the rare occasion arises that your order is delayed, it will be compensated in some way as a gesture of goodwill.
Fantôme reserves the right to an extended delivery time of up to 30 days from your receipt of the order confirmation. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order. Refunds for canceled orders will be made within 14 days of your cancellation.
You have the right to cancel your purchase without reason for 14 days. If you wish to use your right of cancellation, you must notify Fantôme within 14 days of receipt or pickup of the ordered goods.
The following information must appear in your message: order number, name, address, number of pieces and item number of the products that are regretted and desired to be returned.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it. You have 14 days to notify us of your intent to return the item, and a total of 30 days from the delivery date to send it back.
Each Fantôme Paris bag is accompanied by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, including hardware failure (clasps, zippers) and structural stitching.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, or liquids. Natural variations in leather grain or patina development are characteristic of our artisanal materials and are not considered defects.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support at info@fantomeparis.com with images and an explanation. Valid claims will be settled through professional repair, refurbishment, or, if necessary, a replacement of the item.
